How Our Pricing Works

(No Guessing, No Surprises)

We price laundry by the bag, not by the pound—because it’s simpler, more predictable, and takes the guesswork out of pricing.

A standard bag is the size of a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag, filled comfortably (about what you’d tie closed without forcing it). Each bag is a flat rate, which covers pickup, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivery.

You don’t need to sort your laundry at home.
Just place everything into a bag or hamper—We’ll take care of sorting by color and fabric type as part of the service.

Pricing is confirmed after pick up based on the number of standard 13 gallon bags. Payment is processed after delivery, so there are no surprises

A few important things to know:

  • Different bag or hamper? No problem.
    If you send laundry in hampers, baskets, or larger bags you already have at home, We’ll bag it out into standard-size bags for pricing purposes only. Your laundry is still sorted and washed properly once processing begins.

  • Please don’t overstuff bags.
    If a bag is packed so tightly it can’t be tied, it may count as more than one bag. Overstuffed bags slow down the process and aren’t great for your clothes.

  • Underfilled bags? We’ve got you.
    If you send multiple lightly filled bags, We’ll combine them when possible so you’re getting the most value. We are not here to charge you for air—that wouldn’t be fair.

  • What you expect to pay is what you’ll pay.
    We’ve priced this service thoughtfully to reflect the time, care, products, and attention that go into every order. That means no tipping is expected and no surprise add-ons for normal laundry. If something ever falls outside the standard service, We’ll communicate that clearly before moving forward.
